I was completely impressed with Michaels professionalism and customer service! I emailed Michael at night and he responded to me within an hour. That’s the kind of customer service a small business gives you! I saw on Facebook another local store that had their window done by Invictus Vinyl. I was very impressed! Michael came out to the store and met with me. I explained what my vision was, he took a couple of measurements and said I will get back to you in a few days. Michael also said I know what you're looking for. I'll send you a design . Which was super helpful as I was not exactly sure what would be visible and easy to read. He exceeded my expectations.
